Developer and former Olympian Mark Stockwell has unveiled a transformative vision for South Brisbane, proposing a multi-tower precinct on the historic Parmalat milk factory site. The ambitious riverfront development aims to serve as a pivotal residential and commercial hub ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, marking one of the most significant urban renewals in the city’s recent history.
